Squark is looking for a early to mid-career colleague who will wear a number of hats, supporting multiple teams including senior management. The right candidate will have a multivariate intelligence, capable of understanding ML and AI concepts, the elements of user experience, and have an aesthete’s eye for design. Additionally, this person should desire to be a manager someday and know what it means to work at a startup (i.e. self-motivating, autonomous, curious, and fearless with grit). You will be working on the following right now:
Revenue Marketing
- Help maintain the website, including updated content, new landing pages, blogs, videos, etc.
- Manage and monitor social posts. Accountability for team generation of media.
- Support blog post content and process. Work would include inputting content, images, graphics, SEO, etc.
- Create original and repurposed content. Manage generation process of new content.
- Maintain email marketing process and marketing data (including lists).
- Generate daily/weekly reports from SFDC for SDR call lists.
- Responsibility to report on conversion rates and forecast full funnel.
- Assist in building ABM programs (customized landing pages, customized content, etc.), online advertising, and marketing automation.
Customer Success
- Drive customer success with freemium users and existing customers through entire customer lifecycle including ownership of issue resolution.
- Onboard new customers, own success of first several customer developed projects.
- Continued customer education. Responsibility for ensuring education of new product capabilities.
- Quarterly customer check ins with Squark management team.
- Ensure smooth monthly/annual renewal process.
- Implement marketing programs to identify upsell and cross-sell license opportunities
- Lead customer retention program.
We are looking for people who have
- 3+ years experience in high growth marketing or revenue groups. 1+ year experience in a customer facing role. Experience working in a B2B software company.
- Bachelor degree in marketing or science preferred.
- Experience with the following tools: Hubspot, Salesforce.com, Domo, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to wear many hats and be flexible, strong communication skills, and thrives in a startup culture.
- Interest in revenue operations, demand generation, and customer success.
- Low ego, team player and can also work independently.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- A desire to grow into a larger managerial role in the future
- Interest in AI, ML, or analytics technologies
- A Results oriented mindset and enjoys a fast paced environment.
